There is limited space at the venue and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Participants will share twin rooms.
There are 13 contributed talks (12+3 minutes) available to post-doc and PhD students to apply for. Applications for a contributed talks can be made on the form below and selection will be made by the organising committee at the end of June.

All participants are welcome to bring along posters. Please fill in the appropriate section of the form below. There will a room adjacent to the auditorium open throughout the workshop for the display along with a evening poster session.
The registration fee of 308.71GBP should be paid before the workshop at the dedicated Weezevent site for this event:

The Weezevent site will offer an unnecessary "ticket refund protection" insurance add-on at the end. You are welcome to purchase this is you want, but any reasonable request for a refund will be honoured by the organiser. At the end of the payment process you can immediately download a PDF ticket. You should also receive (sometimes after a few hours) a confirmation email from Weezevent with the same PDF ticket attached. The ticket should have sufficient information for expense reimbursement purposes, but there is an option during the payment process to request a PDF invoice which will arrive by email (again after a few hours) from the payment processing company Kaboodle Solutions Ltd.
